The acquisition of tickets, season tickets or guest tickets (hereinafter tickets) implies the acceptance of the following terms and conditions by the Ticket Holder:
1. These tickets have different security features. However, the Mercat de les Flors (hereinafter the Organisers) cannot guarantee their validity if they have not been acquired at one of the official points of sale. In the case of a ticket being altered, damaged, counterfeit or unlawfully acquired, the Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to the Ticket Holder. If the ticket holder is refused admission to the premises for this reason, the organization cannot be held liable.
2. Your ticket(s) must be presented complete and in good condition in order to gain admittance to the event. Tickets should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from heat, plastic wrappings or magnetic fields. Following admission, they must be kept until leaving the premises.
3. If circumstances so require, the Organisers reserve the right to modify the dates, times, programmes and artists announced and also to suspend the performance. Once purchased, tickets cannot be changed, nor refunded, except in the case of cancelation of the event, in which case the Organisers undertake to refund the amount paid, at the same point of sale and up to month after the cancellation of the performance.
4. The audience is not normally allowed to enter the auditorium during the public performance of shows. Any decision to allow latecomers to enter the auditorium once a show has started is the prerogative of the Organisers.
5. The Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission. The Ticket Holder agrees to comply with the safety requirements and conditions of the premises. The Organisers cannot be held liable in the case of misuse of the facilities.
6. The Ticket Holder agrees to show due respect to the artists and staff on the premises, to disconnect all mobile devices and alarms before entering the venue of the performance, and not to eat, drink or smoke on the premises. Animals are not allowed except assistance dogs.
7. The Organisers hold and own all image and intellectual property rights on the shows. It is forbidden to take photos with or without flash, film or record, or bring any object or product onto the premises that the Organiser consider dangerous or which is prohibited by law.
8. For this purpose, the Ticket Holder agrees to submit to any search, in accordance with the law, in order to verify that the said Ticket Holder complies with the conditions of access.
9. The Organisers will not be liable for any loss, theft or harm caused to Ticket Holders or their personal belongings while they are on the premises.
10. Any claim made by the Ticket Holder and addressed to the Organisers in relation to the completion, suspension, modification or cancellation of a performance must be accompanied by the presentation of the corresponding ticket(s).
