Some time ago Rocío Molina initiated an intense period of research and experimentation, exploring very personal new forms of expression that she prepares in the solitude of the laboratory but has presented publicly at several venues under the title of Impulsos. Now, this innovative artist has taken a step forward in her richly expressive work to create this new show. In Díptico, silence shares the stage with the potent sound of flamenco, light with darkness, immensity with fragmented space, in the search for unstable equilibrium and doubt as a source of knowledge.

An iconoclastic choreographer and dancer, Rocío Molina has created her own style based on a reinvented tradition that respects the essence of flamenco while embracing the avant-garde. Molina is one of the most international Spanish artists, winner of the 2010 National Dance Prize and the 2015 Max Award for the best choreography with Bosque Ardora. She has been an associate artist at the Theatre National de Chaillot in Paris since 2015.
