Sign up before buying your tickets or your season pass!
You will get points in your personal account automatically buying tickets. With the points program, from your first purchase, we offer you a discount to return to the Mercat. You can check the points you have accumulated by going into your account. To redeem them online you should only make the purchase normally and, in the end, the program will offer you the possibility to pay with points. You can also pay with box office points. Points expire at the end of the season.

Ticket Changes
You can change your ticket within 48 hours before the start of the show. The change of ticket entails a cost of management of 1.5€.
Recommended age
It is not advisable to enter children under 5 in shows not intended for the public from 0 to 99 years. In any case, it will be the responsibility of the adults who accompany them.
Access to the hall
As a sign of respect to the artists and the public, you will not be able to enter the hall once the show has begun.
