Dancing Museums is a European action-research project designed to foster and sustain long-term collaborations between dance organisations, museums, universities and local communities in order to develop inspiring and long-lasting arts and cultural programmes in which people in those communities want to get involved. The Mercat de les Flors is one of the institutions that takes part in the second edition of Dancing Museums and it invites the Fundació Miró and the artist Quim Bigas to participate in this project.
The artist Quim Bigas have worked in this project since 2019 within a framework of residences and research at the Fundació Joan Miró.
