Dancing! That is exactly what we are going to do. Easily, at first, with music, silently, improvising, imagining, playing and discovering what do we like doing. We will all dance together, the adults with the children and the other way round. Oxygenating, jumping, sweating, enjoying, moving up slowly, turning big, soft, red, ethereal, etc., all at the same time!
