Taller/espectáculo (Workshop-Show) shows the process of creation together with all the elements developed within this process up to the performance. The students/spectators who take part in this new project will interact with Omar Meza, performer of this piece in the first phase of creation, finding themselves participants in the steps to follow as regards the movement, objects, space and everything that makes up a dance show for young children. They will experience the process of creating a show from within.
Recommended for children aged from 18 months to 4 years old
Although it has produced shows for teenage audiences and even for adults, the company Da.Te Danza has been most praised for its shows for small children: Oh mar!, Mua mua, Tondo redondo… examples of careful work intended to understand how young children react to movement and the stage. Their latest piece Río de Luna won the award for the Best Dance Show at the 2011 FETEN international festival. Since its premiere it has been performed continually all over Spain and abroad.
