Circ d’Ara Mateix, an open window to local circus production, presents quality proposals for all publics. This is a chance to share and generate interests with a view to the future accompaniment of artists who are already part of our contemporary circus scene. The programming consists of a variety of styles and different ways of understanding the circus of today. The richness of these proposals lies in the interest in developing a unique, personal language, a way of relating to the public that generates a rapport and goes beyond mere exercises of technical prowess. As in previous years, though this time without the international facet, we present artists at the beginning of their careers and looking to the future. This is important, interesting, quality circus.
