TRANSaccions may be described as a collection of shows by significant people and artists from different moments and times, with divergent languages and common viewpoints. Things I thought it would be interesting to share with you, listening to and learning from other people. Pieces that put the following issues on the table: the performative actions, the perspectives and the place of the body and gender within the context of the action and the social framework. The body is often treated differently, for example in the way it is related to the set and how the latter connects with the audience. Shows that prompt reflection, discovery, a second viewing. That, perhaps at some specific point, will not be enjoyed, because it is also important to get to know the things that are not so close to us…

This programming is also the result of paying attention to other people and factors that could well be described as the organisers of this landscape. One of these organisers is the Sala Hiroshima, an auditorium with which we established a certain rapport. And so we present totally contemporary, accessible languages, proposals for discovering things about ourselves through other people’s eyes, and above all proposals for identifying what we do not feel close to, and almost always including a good dose of irony and humour. Values and standpoints that are not easy to manage, even less so when there is much more below this thin layer: critical thinking, social thinking and different perspectives on reality.

Let’s hope everyone is willing to be influenced by these proposals and experiences!
