Trilogy ARACALADANZA

DECEMBER 2014 - JANUARY 2015

Three painters provided the Aracaladanza company with the inspiration for these pieces that make up a magic trilogy suitable for all public. In these shows the choreography portrays the imaginary worlds of Hieronymus Bosch, Joan Miró and René Magritte. Pequeños paraísos (2006) is inspired by Hieronymus Bosch’s work The Garden of Earthly Delights. The piece, has won prestigious prizes. Nubes is inspired by the surrealism of Magritte: it is a succession of magic, fantastical, dreamlike scenes. Constelaciones is a cocktail of sensations inspired by the creative work of Joan Miró, featuring a choreography in which the colours are in motion. The contemporary dance company Aracaladanza, based in Madrid and led by Enrique Cabrera, is a national and international reference for the creation of family shows. Their meticulous work has been recognised with a Spanish National Prize for Theatre for Children and Youth, several FETEN awards and numerous Max awards.
