‘A RISAS’ (15′) – THE JOKERZ COMPANY

This show is a critical reflection on society. The Jokerz play with different social roles in this endless journey of opposing continuums. The show, created in 2015, has received a number of awards, such as the HOP Sant Andreu First Prize 2016 and the Certamen Coreográfico Burgos-NY 2017 Second Prize.

Everything began with krumping, when Big Joker began to put together his ‘family’ with its first member, Jr Joker. Leveraging a wide variety of artistic disciplines, learned separately, they began working as a duo in 2011. Both are members of the Om Rasa company and training approach created by Arias Fernández, the Bioshock crew, with their first show together Observation, and the Titans crew, krump pioneers in Spain and international ambassadors for the style. They have given workshops around Europe and Latin America.

MOLDES (7′) – SYLVIA PACHECO AND ALBA FOLCH

Two women led to follow the social prototypes of being a “woman”, rebel by discovering their own identity through the experimental movement of the Krump. This proposal comes from a creation laboratory with The Jokerz Company.

‘BIRTH’ (30′) – CIE GRICKHA CARUGE

Grichka performs his unique written word and the staging of a dance that evolves on the street, true to krump’s development and frame of mind.
