Rêverie Habituelle depicts an experience between daily monotony and the daydreaming escape. Through an emotional and kinetic dynamic a woman embarks on a corporeal dialogue between her duties in the academic studies routine and her imagination where she gets immersed in a dimension of feelings and a surreal environment.
In an otherwise deserted swimming pool, a group of boys play a game with its own rules and hierarchy. The boys continually goad one another into going another step further. Newcomers Yinka and Glenn first need to prove themselves. How far will they go to gain a position? Will they lose sight of themselves and their friendship? In Sink or Swim they dance like their life depends on it.
INcOmUnicaTs talks about the lonelines in the middle of the overcommunication. We are all connected, always. Smartphones, computers, or tablets, are knitting a web that surround us all anytime, anywhere. There’s no waiting, no silences, everything appears on screen at instant speed. Texts, videos, or images, keep us connected, informed, updated, permanently. Fingers caress the screens to zoom, surf, or type words that mean to be messages. An infinite ocean of shipwrecked bottles with small wishes, emotions, or insignificant phrases that mean almost nothing, unfinished words, reduced language. Nite and day, with breakfast and next to our pillow, we keep connected, permanently surrounded by screens telling us we are not alone, there is so many like us, caressing the screens to zoom, surf, or type words that mean to be wishes, emotions or meaningless phrases that saying almost nothing… that our solitude is accompanied.
