Wreck. List of Extinct Species is an interdisciplinary exercise that incorporates movement, sound and visual arts. The force of the air makes a large black plastic, a soft sculpture, move in space like a hunter. This abstract object, with a great evocative power, swallows and spits out human beings, naked bodies. We could consider it an allegory of the Leviathan, a legendary submarine monster, a metaphor of capitalism or of the human conditions.

Pietro Marullo is an Italian artist based in Brussels. His interdisciplinary work lies at the intersection of visual and performing art, installation and new technologies, deeply focused on social, historical and anthropological topics. Most of his works are presented in four continents, in very important festival of dance, performing art, theater, music, puppet and object and museums, such as: Festival Oriente Occidente, Seoul Dance Festival, José Limon Dance Festival, Théâtre de la Ville de Paris, Beijing Dance Festival. He is part of the prestigious AEROWAVES Twenty18 Artists selection.
