All of us at the Mercat de les Flors would like to express our absolute rejection of the violence taking place. We wholeheartedly condemn the invasion and the war initiated by Russia against Ukraine.
What is happening is deplorable and we feel deeply affected by this humanitarian catastrophe. The Ukrainian people have our full support and we stand in solidarity with the victims.
We remain committed to culture and art as spaces for building a better society to cultivate beauty, critical thinking and respect, listening and dialogue, diversity and understanding, honesty and peace among all peoples.
